My name is Dmitriy Kovalyk. I'm a Translator, an Interpreter and an English Language Teacher. I've graduated the National Aviation University in Kiev with MA degree in Translation and Teaching. I have fundamental knowledge of English, substantial and diverse experience of it's application, and Intermediate fluency of French. My previous place of work was located in Kharkiv. I worked as a translator an interpreter for UKRPAPIRINVEST, the company that had a contract with Kimberley&Clark, and was charged to build a paper tissue production mill in the vicinity of Kharkiv. Unfortunately, the project was postponed for half a year by the decision of Kimberley Clark. I was working on this position since September 2010 till April 2011. Our team was small, therefore I was carrying various responsibilities. I was providing translation of all the documentation the companies exchanged from Russian into English and backwards, interpreting all the meetings with technical specialists and management of Kimberley&Clark related to the future constructions that were held in Kharkiv and Kyiv, and interpreting the teleconferences between the members of two companies. In addition my responsibilities included conduction of English language lessons to the members of our team. Areas of translation activity that I did were Business, Law, Construction, Technical sphere, description of machinery. I am specialized in translation from English into Russian, Ukrainian and back at the following spheres: technical, legal, fiction, financial, construction, organizational documentation. I also compile resumes, write reviews of articles, books, posts.
