I started writing when I was no older than 12. Obviously, all the things I wrote back then were borderline dramatic with glimpses of how ruined my grammar was. As I grew up, my writing grew with me, not just the semantic approach, but also the ideology. I became someone who turned to writing when I felt as dumb as someone who'd pen down the teenage psychology and as pseudo-intellectual as America's foreign relations can get. Gradually I developed a lot of interest in writing about geopolitics, issues that concern this society as a whole, be it racism or deep rooted patriarchy, from feminism to problems with first past the post system, from Apple's planned obsolescence to Elon's crypto fetish, I wrote about it all. I tried to step out of my usual writing space so much so that I wrote poems in hindi based on real experiences, I wrote articles on how demonetization ruined my country's economy, and then I took a leap of faith and wrote about Shakespeare's quotes. I tried to expand my writing as much as I could. It took me a while to get it but I realized my obsession with reading about new things and writing about them isn't something I should run from underscoring. Saying that research work is my passion seems a little far fetched, but one thing that I say without blinking twice is that writing is the only thing has always been my escape, and it will always be something that I put my heart into while curating pieces that are meant to be read.
