• Estimation of Project and construction activities
• Billing of completed works and specific work
• Check and approve the contractors Bills , Extra Item and /substituted Items
• Prepare Total Project Cost Report, Anticipated Cost Report.
• Tracking Budget with Cost Spend
• Monitoring the preparation of monthly client bills for Civil construction and E&M Erection on item rate/ EPC BBU basis (Based on type of contract).
• Identification of extra items/ deviation/ addition from contract and highlighting to the competent authority. Preparation of deviation/ extra item claims and submission to the customer for approval
• Evaluating & executing Contracting Works.
• Coordinating among consultants, contractors and clients.
• Preparing of comparative statement during negotiation with tenders
• Managing the project start-up contracts / agreements, due diligence, formulation and negotiations in co-ordination with internal and external legal / commercial teams
• Executing day-to-day contracts / commercial administration during execution stages and finally claims and arbitration management towards achieving the targeted financial objectives
