Zoho CRM integration to include integrating Twilio numbers into our Zoho system. The main purposes of which are to automate the calling process from within the Zoho CRM and to enable agents to uses Twilio SMS features to text message clients in addition to just sending emails or leaving voice messages. Also, we want the system set up so that when calls are recieved, if the Zoho CRM recognizes the caller ID as an exisiting phone number in our system the lead would automatically open on the screen for the person answering the call within the CRM. We also want to create and IVR system for all inboud calls with an initial greating that gives 3 options "dial partys extension, press one for agent, or press zero or stay on line for operator."

Word press Website Changes / Integrating Forms into Zoho CRM: Making changes to our existing WordPress website www.carlucent.com to link the data from the following three forms:

o	Sign-up form on the home page (Form with the heading “Sign up for Free Consultation”).

This contractor made written statements about experience that was not true, when I pressed them he wrote that he is not my slave and other inappropriate things. I had to spend more time explaining VERY standard items to him. This was all done in Zoho Cliq which he deleted.
