Both project has been designed using Solidworks(TM), and relative calculation using both Excel(TM) and MATLAB(TM). Matlab has been used to solve differential equation relative to the shaft stifness, the results has been converted in usable Excel formula's string where each Matlab variable has been converted in Excel cell. Major Excel file functions: The spindles and all of their component has been structurally calculated and verified for resistance, stiffness and fatigue stress analysis. SKF's angular contact bearing selection has been automated, the software select bearing type, number and calculates relative stresses. Both spindles needed to be belt driven, and the excel file was able to automatically pick the required belt, pulleys, mechanical key and motor from a self made database containing different real parts. Lubrication oil calculations. Automatically selects standardized components like screws, bolts, nuts, seals. Outputs a list of parts and data easy to read

I am a mechanical engineer, since 2017 I started working on freelancer, where I have had numerous opportunities, many of which have turned into customers who still contact me for some projects outside the platform. I owe a lot to my ability to be able to solve problems with innovative ideas, which come out of a careful analysis of the models I make and my knowledge. The works I have worked on are among the most disparate, but over time I have focused on structural mechanics with finite element models, computational fluid dynamics and the interaction between these two worlds. I studied mechanical engineering at the University of Salerno, and I was recognized there for my skills in knowing how to create mathematical models that have helped me to develop numerous projects, from academic to business. I have always integrated to my intuition and my knowledge, a rigid mathematical modeling that has allowed me several times to choose the optimal one among the various options.
