I specialize in video editing and shooting. My current 'day job' is Graphics Director at a TV station. I mostly work with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Work has really slowed down since I started here. I helped integrate a semi-automatic graphical system so my days are a lot less busy. Would like to keep myself sharp by doing some side work. I've worked on commercials for Subway, and Nickelodeon, and I've worked with a large team to create an open for a video game among other career achievements. I am always available via email.

I was brought on to oversee the transition of graphics from an old facility to a totally brand new one. The first leg of this job was to keep the ship running smoothly until the transition. The second was the actual transition itself which was undertaken in tandem with the keeping of the ships regular maintenance. (this was tough but I got through it!) The third and final leg of this job is to maintain and direct the ship into this new direction. Completely new graphics system in place, training all employees to utilize this new system, and make sure all runs smoothly.

I was lead lab instructor for a class called Digital Video Introduction. We would teach students the cameras, shooting techniques, video editing, and basic effects for video. Also taught green screen keying and tracking. We started with Final Cut Pro 7 and moved on to Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premiere Pro. I was in charge of writing the curriculum and implementing it. When I started we were working with Canon XH-A1's, we had light kits and booms, and tried to teach the students quick and dirty videography techniques. Eventually we moved on to Sony FS100's which were great because we weren't handicapped by a stock lens. We also had a large green screen studio we would use for students wanting more technical set ups. I really miss this job! I loved getting to teach my students new and exciting things as I loved what I was doing.

This was more of a contract job. This particular church had a very large following as well as an internationally broadcast television program. I was in charge of creating graphics for this program as well as video archival/retrieval, and editing down the sermons. I also worked on posters and promotional materials for the church. I left this job when I was offered the position at Full Sail but I stayed on as a consultant and freelancer long after my departure.
