About Me
Hi, my name's Garry Welding and I'm primarily a full-stack (PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, MSSQL, JavaScript, Python, Linux, Elasticsearch, Java, Coldfusion) developer from the UK. I currently work as a consultant for numerous eCommerce companies in the UK, the latest of which was Mamas & Papas ([login to view URL]). Mamas & Papas are one of the largest eCommerce retailers in the UK and their web platform serves on average over 100,000 users every day. The Mamas & Papas website is actually a custom built platform and I have built some fairly large SaaS offerings over my career using both in-house frameworks, CodeIgniter, Symfony 2, Laravel and FuelPHP. I also run some very large Wordpress sites, namely [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] just to name 2. These sites scale effortlessly to 5000+ users per second. I'd love to discuss your requirements a bit more with you and I look forward to hearing from you as I feel I could provide some real value to your project.
