They said they are experts, they said they can deliver the same quality as a reference. They didn't deliver the project by the deadline. The result was NOT even close to the reference, even worse. They didn't follow the reference, so I have to explain how the movement works and movement value myself. But even I provided it, it didn't work. Wasted money for this terrifying work.
