Article on Employment Law Rights and Protections
The article attempts to provide readers with an answer to the following question: “The way in which employment protections are applied relies on individuals and employers understanding the type of relationship that exists between them – most basically, deciding whether the individual is an ‘employee’, a ‘worker’ or genuinely self-employed. For a number of reasons, this is becoming more complex for an increasing proportion of the workforce.”
Hi my name is Jessica. I am an English native that recently graduated with a 2:1 degree in law. I am trained and experienced in legal research and writing as well as all aspects of business (i.e. Marketing, Compliance etc). Throughout University I was always complimented on my writing; consistently received high grades (usually 67-74%). Additionally, I was offered a scholarship to obtain a MRES (Research Masters) to basis of my thesis and my competency in writing. Despite this offer; I chose to pursue a career as a freelance writer. The tagline "excellence requires excellence" was selected, because having worked in the commercial and legal industries, work falling-short of excellent is usually useless. With my keen attention to detail, accuracy in research and writing and my passion for writing, I can ensure that the work delivered will be of excellent quality and delivered in the fastest timeframe which does not impede on the aforementioned! Thank you for taking the time to read.
