Click on the link below to see the page I wrote for my company's website. The project was to advertise travel in the States and a variety of places to see, and things to do. I had to research was place using the Internet, deciding which information would make the cut and be published. I re-wrote all details that I found into original copy. About Me
I've got a degree in English Language and Creative Writing at 2:1 from one of the top universities in the UK. I currently write copy for marketing emails, and recenty took on the project to edit all the text on the website for my company, and write original copy where needed. I successfully completed the project in less time than anticipated and wrote and researched original copy for our travel page. In the past I have written articles for a university magazine, a report for Blackpool Arts Council and successfully completed other freelance writing projects, including marketing and sales emails. I am familiar when it comes to working with data, having worked in a call centre inputting data as it's received, and working with database systems for applications to a cultural exchange agency. I have an excellent eye for detail. I can pick out the smallest of grammatical errors and take pride in my work. I will meet all deadlines, word counts and targets.
