Bookies - Landing Page Redesign - Sports Betting
Home redesigned by me for Bookies.com, a sports betting platform for sports fans that focus on educating them on how to monetize their passion. Put a lot of effort into trying to uplift not only the UI overview of the project but also create an emphasis on the messaging, tone of voice, and the picks. The goal was to take out the whole heaviness that gambling and betting have towards pushing SEO, promotions, through an approach that bets (no pun intended) on content quality and hierarchy, proper imagery curation and branding. I worked on this project leading another Designer (pretty brilliant by the way), was a big pleasure to work with her. Together we cared about the whole UX flow, user interactions, symbology, and UI specifications. We also had to go through a lot of process gaps to ease up the design production and validation. I'm a Senior and Lead UX/UI Designer Dublin based, who loves clean, simple & unique design. I also enjoy crafting brands & mobile apps. I have been working in this Industry since 2011. I'm fuelled with a passion for effective, unique, pixel-perfect and simple solutions. The barebone of my career is in Design, I have learned a tone about how to deliver consistent digital products to target personas not only aiming modern interfaces, ROI, and conversion rates but also assuring that usability and UX would lead my working process. I am very comfortable working with UI prototyping, wireframing, user research, UX writing, visual communication, interaction design, branding, user tests, conducting interviews, implementing processes, and I have been involved versioning graphics with Zeplin. I have also developed my communication and empathy skills in order to assure that my Designs fit into Agile methodologies as well as Lean UX and respect UCD, all blended to deliver high accessibility.
