Motivation Letter I was born and grown up in a small village called Aykel. In Aykel mixed agriculture was the economy of the people. Like any other children, I was a shepherd keeping all our domestic cattle grazing them in the field and drinking them in a river. After I had completed my elementary school, I left Aykel and the cattle for junior and high school to Gondar (Regional Town). I remember at that moment, I missed all events in Aykel i.e. family, the field, the cattle, the river, the cultural drinks, and the beliefs... In the high school I was the first rank student in our batch. I scored 4/4 points in school leaving national exam with very great distinction result. Then I joined Mekelle University Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources in the department of Dry land Crop Sciences. There I finished the four years of education with a cumulative GPA of 3.35/4 with distinction graduate. Ten years after I had departed, I returned back to Aykel. All what I saw a
