I have Bachelor degree in commerce from Ain Shams Uni. in Cairo, Egypt which is recognized in Germany by (Kultusminister Konferenz) and able to speak 3 languages with very good experience however in banking or customer service role in international business , all are mentioned with details in my profile My previous work experience shows me how much I am a very good in teamwork and how much I enjoy the atmosphere of an international business, so my tasks were handling and solving the problems and complains, interacting with colleges and customers in very nice and friendly manners and being active and creative and learning and working on different software systems and taking the responsibilities on my shoulders.
