The aim of this project is to detect the lanes on the road robustly and then mark it on the images acquired by the camera on runtime. The overall lane detection process go through several stages to achieve this task. The process includes getting an edge detected image which can be used by Hough transform to determine rho and theta which can be further utilized to segmentize our search for the specific rho and theta as per our requirement. And by the rho and theta information a line can be easily marked on the image which can help the user to monitor the lane in which the car is being driven.

We are a team of four dedicated researchers working in the area of computational cameras and computer science.
