Condominium Interior Remodeling
I worked with the owner of the condominium who was acting as the general contractor. I did field measurements of the existing spaces and developed schemes from the client's requirements. I designed a new fireplace place facing using the existing stone and new cabinetry for living room. I also designed a new laundry center in kitchen/dining area and master bedroom closet. I researched vanity, appliance and door options for the client's consideration and selection.

I will research the building codes so that getting a permit is easy for you. I will develop construction plans for you to take to a contractor to get a preliminary price. Or help you to deal with constructions issues and find the best products for your needs. I can work per hour or at a set price for the project.
