Perl Developer for Mortgage Calculator Refactoring

Igor was great provider to work with through-out the project. Our requirements changed due to some implementation issues and he was more than happy to adjust to our needs without charging more. This flexibility and understanding I've found very rare in providers from Elance. I would recommend Igor to anyone requiring development work and will use him in the future for other projects, Jake from mortgagecalculator.net
