This company was provided with a clear outline of the website and a mockup of the homepage. At one time, I did not hear from these people for 8 days during the project. Plus, it was a nightmare getting the site published. "Professionals" should certainly know that zipped files uploaded to the server, need to be unzipped and that a Wordpress site requires the Wordpress application. I discovered that it was not installed, and it was magically installed the next day and the site was working. Their explanation was that they have been doing websites for a long time and that I had purchased a Windows platform, rather than Linux. I would not recommend you use these people, unless you want a lesson in frustration.
