This is PC-PLC based SCADA system which performs the final quality inspection process of various kinds of Dash boards. The number of parameters to be inspected differs for different variants. Software captures all the parameters' status from PLC and on 'All Pass' condition, prints barcode label and also verifies if the same is pasted on the component being tested. The parameter data from PLC is logged into the database along with date, time, operator id and shift.
