Mitrofanoff Suport is a registered UK charity for a specific medical procedure. They came to us in 2009 wanting to offer support for patients and their families both pre and post operative. They also had the aim to help raise awareness within medical professionals. The features that they specifically wanted was to have a social network, chatroom and forum for the users to be able to communicate in realtime. The website is currently ranking at number one in the world for this procedure and is obtaining large monthly visitor traffic.
