Financial Operations
ð Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.
ð Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.
ð Managing finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
ð Taking adequate measures to monitor the inflow / outflow of funds, ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of available funds.
ð Reconciling supplier ledger reconciliation and debtor’s ledger.
ð Preparing payroll for employee every month and maintaining proper documents for the same.
Budgeting
ð Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and recommending / taking corrective actions.
ð Monitoring cash flow on the operations of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses.
Cash Management
ð Monitoring Cash flow on the operations of the company to review the cash position and forecast funds required for numerous expenses.
ð Taking adequate measures to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Accounts /MIS
ð Preparing MIS reports & documentation at the end of each month.
ð Managing various ledgers & reconciliation statements for analyzing the books of accounts.
ð Maintaining registers on debtors, creditors, expense sheets & analysis of profitability position.
ð Preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, viz. fund management and aging analysis.
Statutory Compliance/ Auditing
ð Ensuring compliance to the govt rules and regulations as lay down by statutory authorities’ viz. Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Income Tax & E-TDS, Excise department etc.
ð Performing analytical review of financial statements and evaluation of internal control systems for carrying out Internal / Statutory Audits.
ð Co-ordinating with Statutory and Tax Auditors. Preparing Schedules and Reports for the same. Discussing their queries and giving the suitable replies.
System Implementation & Administration
ð Liaisoning with various government departments, ensuring smooth business operations.
ð Involving in assessment & filling of sales tax, compliance to statutory & regulatory requirement.
ð Administering new systems for bringing about an alignment of redundant existing systems.
ð Implementing the new procedures/systems and improving existing systems to achieve better results and promote innovative
