• 17+ years of experience as a SALESFORCE,AWS TPM/Delivery Manager/Program Manager in projects • Excellent communication skills • Prior experience in Fintech TPM is a definite plus in this role. Exposure to working with financial institutions as partners is a bonus. • Maintain Structured roadmaps, Ability to analyse data pertaining to projects in a sharp way. • Ability to assess risks and mitigate with ahead of time planning • Strong technical acumen, prior experience in delivering software projects is a must • Working knowledge of how APIs work, communicating and understanding high-level and low-level design documents. • Understanding of large-scale multi-dependency designs • Working in fast-paced, dynamic environments is a key skill here
