My name is Radwa Medhat, I'm 29 and I've been working as a graphic and web designer since I graduated from the faculty of mass communication in 2004. I started my career as a graphic designer for printed media, which was the field of my study, then shifted to web designing after joining a web diploma at IBM. During my work I realized that website speed, structure good looks and usability are much defined through the development process. This encouraged me to get involved in the UI work and to be responsible for the design implementation of the websites and web applications. I think the real challenge in my work is to keep up with the latest technologies, and use them to create a user friendly website, that meets up with the clients changing requirements. Being freelance, I offer a personal creative service that help in reaching your target market with clarity and style. I use a wide range of skills and software including Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Expression Studio, Silverlight, Flash, SharePoint Designer, and Visual Studio.
