After days of silence (he would not answer, even though I had told him my work was urgent), he told me that he could not do my project like I was intending it to be done. Although I had made it clear how I wanted the project to be done and what the deadline was, he did not seem to listen. One day before that deadline he told me that "maybe" he would deliver the work in time. In the end he sent me a project which was not what I asked for, maps were not working, and he refused giving assistance.
