[login to view URL] Art has meant alot of things to me over the years. Creativity and oppotunity send me into overdrive and there’s no telling what I can achieve or learn. The ability to utilize my artistic skills to make a living means alot to me, and has driven me to advance my self at every turn. When something needs to be done, I rise to the challenge. This means that, over the years I’ve developed a great deal of skills in order to meet the needs of numerous clients. This allows me to wear many differnet hats within a single project and focus on a unifying, creative theme. However, I’m also more than capable at working with a team, working alongside others, taking feedback in a positive manner and adding constructive insights that encourage creativity. I take pride in not only in my work, but getting the job done. The deadline is always on my mind, and to this day, I’ve yet to miss one. I take my career very seriously, even when I find myself on a project that doesn’t suit my tastes. All in all, I love it when a project comes together -Justin Redfield
