fixes, changes and new features to a spanish real state drupal site - repost

we've got a spanish real state drupal website under development (site will be in english and spanish) and need some feature for the MVP before launching, this is the list: -Reviewing minor bugs in the search filters (for example list not showing results despite stating there is a number) -Adding the list of real state in the map under the map and changing the ordering tool's order of items -Creating email alerts in each property, two kinds: .-client wants to receive an email if the price of the property goes down (there's a historic table with changes in the property prices .-client wants to receive emails if there are similar properties (plus minus 20% of price, same number of rooms, located in a radius of 5 kms) .-Those alerts will be included in a single form, all together with three more options (that will only send an email to the site administrator) .-Adding price range to home's search launcher
