Contest Brief
I have a basement and I would like to look for a skilled interior designer to choose the best floor planning, matching color and design.
The basement not yet completed and I am about to have the contractors install flooring, doors, lights, ceiling design, etc.
This is a basement unit and the design theme should be "modern design"
Attached here is a ZIP file of the a general floor plan of the basement and some others pictures for something I like to have it, that to give you an idea.
Your design should include:
1. Floor Planning (2d or 3d)
2. Flooring (any type)
3. Wall Paint color (any type)
4. Ceiling design (any type)
5. Lighting design (any type)
6. Door design (any type)
7. Kitchen Cabinet (any type)
Then Render that in 10 Pictures:
1 picture for the floor planning for the basement.
9 pictures for:
a- cinema room" I'd like to use projector, projector's screen, and cinema chairs three set, finally the doors at the same side of the screen.
it is a total of 9 chairs, also I like dark color for cinema room , with LED lights.
b- sitting room, with opened kitchen.
c- game room: shooting target,card-table, billiards table, Tornado Foosball Table, rSeat RS1, kinect xbox 360 space, and Comboboxer MACHINES KALKOMAT.
with some extra decoration ideas in each room

Dear Sir. I have a few questions: 1. The measurements provided in the drawing you provided, are they in metric? 2. Is it a concrete floor currently that requires a finish on top, for example tile, wooden floors etc.? 3.If it is a basement, what type roof is currently present, concrete? 4. What is the height restriction (before construction - from bare floor to bare ceiling height) or what finished ceiling height do you require?
