I am looking for a skilled designer to create 4 icons that represent different muscle groups for a gym app

Requirements:
Produce 4 icons (all possible formats, png, etc, also working files provided in figma), muscles being transparent and grey dark for non-muscle areas.

There are 4 types of images: top-front, top-back, bottom-front, bottom-back and all of them have to be done in a way that we can clearly see the difference. Top icons show from head to waist, bottom icons show from waist all the way to the toes

note: ignore the highlighted “white” in example icons. all muscles have to be transparent.

note: icons are just for the guidance. For instance, 'calves demo icon' shows only calves but we should show full legs starting from waist
