Emphasising this since there are so many entries with just the letter 'M' or the name 'Medusa'. Please read the description!

Looking for a logo design for an IT Consultancy with the name 'Medusa' (yes, the mythological creature). Atmosphere should be simple and friendly (like e.g. the starbucks logo), not scary. The name 'medusa' was chosen for a reason, so they are really looking to incorporate the mythological figure in the logo. IT Consultancy is run by two diverse women who do IT concept design, strategy, implementation and embedding IT changes into an organization's culture.

So key:
Looking for a logo that is the face of Medusa
With a friendly, not scary atmosphere
A colourful look would be great
And some link to IT would be a plus (like e.g.; here face is slightly pixelated)
