Hello, here's my concept. I don't know the final application and for this I'm proposing several versions in order to adapt your needs. I will provide all the 3d model of any parts, detailed 2d drawings and part list with supplier and codes. Please note: According to me, the design of the rotating head needs a greater shoulder for the bearing of the pinion's shaft. The dimension of the rotating head is setted, so I can't increase the bearing seat. Anyway, I think to manufacture a prototype and check the functionality, after that consider what to change, if necessary.
