  Thank you for your entry.
  The adjustments we'd like to ask are:
  1. Make the picture of the girl smaller and move closer to the left edge, to make room for the balloons
  2. Make both balloons bigger
  3. The text needs to be in Russian: “Симптомы рака яичников»
  4. Leave only one picture inside the balloon of the symptoms (the one on top)
  The reason we ask is it’ll have a preview picture, so some of the details will be not visible enough.
