Hello ,

Need a simple open house sign with a cool design. Please feel free to be creative but here are the must have:

1) Must have my picture with an opaque background of the house (see RealEstateSignPicture) as how the picture and my background looks. Use current picture and any luxury house background.
2) Phone number (647-706-333) and my name in big letters with Sales Representative underneath my name.
3) Directional arrows with Open House at the top of the sign.
4) Brokerage name and logo (could be small placed anywhere)
5) Must be clean, organized, concise, and attention grabbing!
