I'm looking for someone to develop an automatic trading BOT for HOTBIT in Python. The BOT should be capable of advanced/automated trading strategies, and should be integrated with exchange APIs in order to ensure that the trades are conducted seamlessly. Good knowledge of coding and modern technologies, as well as strong experience creating trading BOTs, is essential to fulfill this project.

1. the user provides a list of pairs, which can also include several hundred. Ex.: BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, BNB/USDT, LTC/USDT, etc etc
2. the user establishes the size in $ for each order, the same for each one. eg. $10.
3. the user defines a take profit (TP), as a multiple of the entry price. Ex. x2_entry_price or x3_entry_price or etc etc
4. the user establishes a loss level from the entry price at which the bot doubles the size with another market purchase and calculates the new load price and new TP. Eg at -50% the bot doubles size and calculates new TP.

WHAT THE BOT DOES:
reads the list of pairs in point (1) and:
(A) IF NOT PRESENT IN THE BALANCE, enter the market with a size defined by point (2) and set a limit order to sell with a TP defined by point (3).
IF PRESENT IN THE BALANCE, on the other hand (means that the bot has been executed at least once and has already performed the functions of point (A)), it checks the level of loss as defined in point (4) and if lower than the established level , double the size (eliminate old TP) and recalculate new TP as defined in point (3-4) with respect to the new average purchase price.

Once its cycle is over, it would be excellent if the bot extrapolated a file with a table that summarizes the balance situation, as follows:
