Looking to hire a freelancer to create a website for one of my companies. This website will:

- Include Three Pages - Home Page, About Page and Contact Us page

- Should be designed using Material design principles.

- The final project must be written as Static Pages, preferably using Jekyll or something similar. I do NOT want Wordpress for this project, as such - if your bid is for Wordpress development, your proposal will be hidden. (I recognize that this contest is for the design, but I will need a final installable web site at the end of this process).

- Use modern web design standards with a contemporary layout/design that reflects well on the nature of the business.

- This will be for a Cloud Consulting/Security company. (www.vygl.io) - which will: Focus on helping companies with their Digital Transformation (especially to the cloud): (Digital transformation definition: https://enterprisersproject.com/what-is-digital-transformation). The company will offer three services - Cloud Architecture/Design, Cloud Operations (DevOps, Continuous integration/Continuous Deployment, Maintenance, Monitoring) and Cloud Security - across all three platforms (AWS, Google Cloud and Azure). Services will be provided primarily remote, and to a select clientiele.

- Content will be provided (currently being developed by a copywriter)

- We have some logos, but if you want to add in logo design to match the style - this will be considered.

- Website should be SEO friendly and follow modern web standards.

- Website performance is of very high importance. Load times should be optimized wherever possible.
