We are needing someone to take this jpg attached and convert it into a web template we can use to build pages to be hosted on our authentication system. We simply don't have the time to do the initial layout of the template. The images, etc will change, we just need the template shell created so we can lay the content into it. Has to be responsive and HTML5/CSS.
