  Good job mate, Just a few pointers:
  1. The drawing room is required to be private and also I am not that much fond of an open kitchen as our Pakistani cuisine doesn't really go well with open kitchens.
  2. Can you design a shade or something like that for the car porch? Just make sure the distance to the first wall must be 16 feet as the bylaws suggest.
  
  Another thing I mentioned to forget is the boundary wall of the plot is going to be 4 inches as the bylaws suggest!
