We are creating a map similar to what Disney does with their maps of their theme parks. I have attached the aerial photo of our property and the part that is colored is what needs to be cartoonized or a 3D model like a Disney map that has also been attached.

I have ranked those that have done renderings of the property much higher than those that just applied a photoshop filter. I like the realistic look but also a 3D type of artwork.
