I need to emphasize at the start that you only need to create ONE page to enter this contest.
I wanted to change the title of the competition after I uploaded it, but Freelancer won't let me.

The referenced PDF and audio files are a book I wrote for children about how to play the flute.

The book contains 84 pages and there are about 100 audio tracks.
I want it converted into a website version so that students can read it online.

You might be able to pull the text and illustrations from the PDF, if not, I have the original Pagemaker PMD file for Windows XP as well as all the illustrations in TIFF format.

1. One web page for each lesson; there are 25 lessons plus extras, so there will be about 30 pages;

25 pages for for lessons - one page for each lesson;
page 77 – one page with a chart;
pages 78-80 one page with diagrams;
page 81 - one page with quiz
page 82 - answers to quiz
pages 83-84 Index with links to all referenced content.
2. Each web page must have links at the top to the List of Contents, and links at the bottom to the next lesson AND to the sales page;
3. Above each song or exercise are the words Track1, Track 2, etc. Replace these with an audio player;
4. All the content in the List of Contents and Index section must have links to the respective pages;
5. Of course, each page must be responsive;
6. Your prices should allow for creating the pages first on a staging site, then pushing the changes to the live site.

I'm looking for two prices in this contest.
Your first price is how much you will charge for transforming Lesson 2 into a Wordpress page.
The 2nd price is how much you would charge to complete the remainder of the book.
