I need a creative "Address Verification Certificate" which is to be issued when an address is verified by the postal service called NIPOST.

Create a unique "VERIFIED BY NIPOST (use the attached logo for NIPOST)"

A draft sample design also attached for a guide on content arrangement but you can re-arrange if deem fit.
