All of our company reports have a fancy cover page and it's time to update it with something new and fresh. We're looking for a cover page design in Microsoft word (the graphics can be done in any program). I've attached our previous design, vectors of our logos in a variety of colors and our corporate colors. Requirements:

- Must be in Microsoft word
- Must have areas in which we can put the proposal name, information and the senders contact information. See the attached document for an example

In a nutshell we are a consulting company for the construction industry. We help major project stay on time and in budget. You can learn more about our company and www.consultaegis.com. Our beta website (for the latest and greatest info) is at: http://v2.consultaegis.com/

Edit 12:02PM : We would like our office locations to be noted on the cover page. They are: Washington DC (Headquarters), Los Angeles, Dallas and Philadelphia.
