  Simple. I like it! I would like to see it as a "Flat" logo ( no lighting or signage). Add some color (green and blue pallet) or (blue and silver) to give a feel on how this will look on a real estate "For Sale" sign. Or I'd like to see this as a "flat" print in gold, blue and silver, or gree and blue.
