We are friends and family first and foremost, with a love to interact through a shared purpose of being active and having fun.

I have a particular passion for motivating, encouraging, coaching, and ultimately inspiring others to be active, fit and healthy, and have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their goals. I am also a devoted Dad who is always seeking fun, excitement and adventure, and love spending time with my children, embracing a passion for sport, activities and a healthy lifestyle. parkrun is a big part of our life and has been the ultimate activity that allows us to explore, experience, engage and exercise together as a family.

The aim of this group is to promote events, highlight achievements and special milestones, provide tips and motivation, and challenge and inspire you to conquer your goals and aspirations.
