Please design a web interface for a website which is a service that allows visitors to compare different services from different service providers to see the pros and cons and prices.
Current website is not professional and user friendly enough. See https://f-3-d.net.
Company name is F Cubed Fortified. Logo attached.

Would like the interface to be modern and easy to use for people who do not understand internet services well so they can compare popular services on the market and see a brief explanation of how they work.

Features i require are as follows:
Compare internet service types.
Compare internet service providers.
Compare internet packages that are of the same type.
Contact service provider feature that allows a visitor to select the service and provider and contact them directly via email.
A page to view current running specials/promotions from all service providers.
A page that provides information about service providers like contact info, years of service and awards and a simple star rating out of 5 stars.
Also require a FAQ for people new to the market to get a quick understanding of what certain terms mean like ptmp (point to multi point) and the difference between synchronous and asynchronous services.

Please ensure your design has requested features included.

Any other features you can suggest in your design submission are welcomed.

To clarify, I need a modern and user friendly web design. I do like the way the slider looks at https://www.afrihost.com/site/product/dsl_uncapped_bundles but do not expect it to suite my website. The current slider style on https://f-3-d.net/wireless.html is more effective, but not easy to use. I do like the style of the current website but feel a professional will be able to greatly improve the look and UI.
