I am the owner of a 9000pc commercial building. On april 2017, the business that is occupying the building will probably move.
This is for the design of a 1 page website
and a 1 page 8-1/2" x 11" advertisement
the web site:
-1 page html,ccs,image, something I can upload on the root of the webserver folder. no Wordpress, no database. something I can modify if needed.
- have a mailto link to info@le2595.com
- have a link to a Excel file (survey file) that will upload on le2595.com/le2595.xls
- have a link to the 8-/12"-11" pdf format advertisement described below.
-have the content of the advertisement below
The 8-12" x 11" advertisement:
-made with Photoshop. I want to be able to modify the photoshop files with layer and font if needed (proofreading or else this is a French website).
-have the content of the included file (information location) but in a much better and professional look....

Ok, there is currelty 1 freelancer that plan to submit. so i will wait this number to go to 0 then pick a winner #2 is perfectly ok for this one page site i need. and I am sure Kerbirya can do a 8-1/2 pdf flyer that will look similar.

I did put 3 days for the contest but since it is a 1 page layout and that I would like to have it on Tuesday. I can award on Tuesday if you guys bring up something decent.

to win this contest you just have to show the general layout. i don't expect much difference between the 8-1/2x11 advertisement and the website lonely page. Once you have won I will want the files in the format described in the "Contest Brief"
