The Las Vegas Valley Theatre Awards - version 2.
Variant of my other logo #94. There is also a set of the logo and seal in different variants: a) color logo; b) black-and-white logo; c) color seal on white background; d) color seal on non-white background (picture); e) black-and-white seal on white background. It think both the logo and the seal are minimalistic, but still powerfull in their message. Star is connotating something extraordinary. The name is good readable and the font is clean. Composition of the logo underlines the star and words "theatre" and "awards", I think the most important parts of the name (it is neither "Las Vegas" nor the "valley" the core of your project). I really like the Valley Recommended star -- but not turning the main text in the logo on the side.
