I have a great layout already, but I have two pages that are very ugly.

The winner of the contest will

page 1:
1) create code that can fit inside the current container (the highlighted portion) and stay within the current colour scheme
2) create new and fun icons to replace the current ones
3) create code that will look good on mobile devices of various resolutions and browsers

page 2:
1) create code that will fit inside the current container -stick to the colour scheme
2) create code that displays well with small amounts of data and large amounts of data (first rating has the minimum allowed text - rating two has the maximum allowed text) and placement and sizing of the photograph.
3) as seen in the second rating, this is a new and 'unseen' rating, it should be highlighted to stand out

Please try and re-use the existing css as much as possible rather than adding a whole lot more!
