Hello Freelancers,

I'm looking for a skilled windows developer - no surprise. The winner will work with my client to develop and maintain a desktop application.

Whats to be delivered?

A video showcasing your development experience.

What is to be developed for the competition - a hello world app which you showcase in the video?

A simple windows application that:

1. scans a 'hello world' image (go nuts design the image yourself) and display - see attached file for menus
2. Save the scanned image
3. Print the scanned image
4. and exit

So that's easy where's the catch?

You need to video the application working and in addition (this is the best part):

Video should also show::

1. Commit to github
2. Triggering a jenkins build (https://www.jenkins.io/) - show build results in jenkins
3. Triggering a sonarqube (https://www.sonarqube.org/) - show test results in sonarqube

So what is sonarqube testing?

1. Code smells
2. duplication of code
3. security vulnerabilties
4. code test coverage

Does sonarqube results matter for this application?

Yes
