I'm looking for someone to draw a design for exterior house design/remodel with the FOCUS ON MAIN ENTRANCE. I'd like the house to look a bit nicer.

It's an older house and the look I'm looking for is craftsman style house.
I think a lot could be done by modifying the stairs and the roof to provide a bit more coverage for the stairs and creating a nicer entrance. Or, adding Gable style portico or covered veranda. I am not looking for a porch under the main window. A small porch can be added in front of the door.

Eventually, I'm also open to changing windows (not dark windows please), replacing gutters, siding on the bottom and painting the stucco. We're also planning to do landscaping, new retaining wall, and the old tree should go, but no need to focus on that.

The most difficult part for me to do on my own is the roof modification.

Update Oct 22:
While I listed items above that I thought would be a good idea, I am also looking for unique ideas that would architecturally look good. I have a few entries that implemented my ideas, and I'll likely choose a winner from them unless someone has a new idea.
