  Good evening, unfortunately, I currently only provide drafting services in the form of 2D and 3D architectural modeling. I am a registered engineer with formal architectural training however my engineering stamp is not within the scope of providing architectural construction detail drawings.   Hi - after the contest, I will discuss it with a roofing contractor. Later on, if I provided you with the dimensions of the house, would you be able to draft the architectural drawings that the roofer could use? How much would it cost? Thanks!

  My pleasure. Proposed materials and colors are as follows:
  Roof over entry: Asphalt shingles, gray; wood roofing structure (beams, rafters, fascia etc), exterior finish white; columns of structural wood posts with decorative column wrap exterior, painted gray and white; wall at roof level with vertical siding, light gray. Floor: Porcelain tile (outdoor grade), reddish brown. Main house wall: Siding, dark gray; stucco, white. Metal railing at door entry level with curved balusters (dark brown). Metal railing at stairs (gray). Stairs, concrete beige.
  I can prepare drawings maintaining existing door with stucco at top and siding at bottom for comparison to a different color scheme.

  I meant colors. I'd like to keep the existing door too. So, the posts could be from wood?

  Hi Mercy, thanks for the submission. It's kind of what was I looking for. What materials would you use on the house exterior? Keeping stucco on top and bottom siding could be changed.
