Sumarul concursului

I am looking for an interior designer to help me with a commercial space design project. I am open to suggestions and don't have a specific style or theme in mind. The space needing design is medium-sized, 2600 sq ft. The location is very premium so theme has to be luxurious.

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Experience in commercial interior design
- Ability to work with clients who are open to suggestions and have a general idea of what they want
- Creativity and the ability to come up with unique design concepts
- Knowledge of space planning and maximizing functionality
- Familiarity with different materials, finishes, and furnishings for commercial spaces
-Please consider only measurements.
-its a co-working space comprising of minimum 80 seats.

Requirement
Ground Floor (Work cafe concept)
-Reception
-Two Restrooms
- Minimum 10 Seats ( Including 3 premium cabin comprising of one seat each)
- couch/ waiting area.
- design such can be used for exhibition/events post office hours

Basement
- 5 cabins (minimum sitting of 5)
- one meeting room
-30-35 hot seats ( luxury)
-Standing desks
-phone booths
-Event board

Mazzanine(first floor)
-2 meeting room
-1 lounge area
- 1 office
- 1 studio room
All with sliders, So that the Mezzanine can be used for exhibition/events post office hours.

I need complete 3d fulfilling all the above criteria. Please feel free to add your innovations.
