Sumarul concursului

United States, a new jiu jitsu tournament company: Southeastern Grappling Association. I need a logo that will be usable on all marketing materials and merchandise.

The idea for the logo is an outline or filled image of 2 people in grappling stances. I've attached photos to give an idea of what we need the stances to look like. The best idea is the photo of the UFC

It needs to have 2 grapplers facing eachother in grappling stance ready to fight, and the name Southeastern Grappling Association included. Badge style

I've included a logo I commissioned but did not like the final result. The grapplers should NOT be exactly the same or be mirror images of eachother, and the aesthetics of the word font, placement, design skills look very basic and convoluted. It needs to pack a punch and be clean. I did like the shadow figure idea though.

Black and White, or Black White and Red
NO STARS or flags

But if you have a better idea I would love to see it!

I notice most of these entries are circular designs, which is fine, but the client is looking more for a sports badge or unique shape to the logo. An octagon shape is NOT desirable because it draws too many similarities to UFC and this company is strictly jiu jitsu. File 4 or 5 would be the best examples.
